Brother of the Bride: James Cadd

Meet James, Brother of the Bride. James is not only the brother of the Bride but also a dedicated Royal Engineer, a die-hard Manchester United fan, and one of Edward’s best buds. Known for his incredible generosity and a sense of humour that he believes is top-notch, James has always been the life of any party. Music festivals are our annual excuse to see how many bands we can cram into one weekend, with James leading the charge at Glastonbury and Reading, always louder than the speakers.

From Shannon and James’ days playing with Beyblades and Pokémon to memories of him refusing to retire his beloved dinosaur costume and waking up super early on Christmas day to open stockings, James has always brought laughter and light into our lives.

Our wedding will be even more special because James will be walking Shannon down the aisle. Note from the bride: It's an honour to have him by my side for this moment, just as he’s been for so many others throughout our lives. Considering his track record, it's safe to say there will be laughter, possibly some tears, and definitely a lot of noise!

Fun fact about James: Scary movies are off the table; if it's scarier than 'Jurassic Park', he’s not watching.
