FAQs

  • Please RSVP online via our website. Follow this link to the RSVP page. If you have any questions or issues please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Please RSVP by the 12th July 2024 to give us enough time to adjust our numbers accordingly. We know that logistics can be complicated and we understand if you cannot make it. So please let us know as soon as possible so we don’t have to pay extra costs for guests that don’t arrive.

  • The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Pynes House, Upton Pyne Hill, Upton Pyne EX5 5EF. There are a number of steps to enter the house via the main front and rear entrances, although once inside the house the State Rooms and bathrooms are all on one level with wide access doors. If you are a wheelchair user and need alternative access, please get in touch with us to make arrangements for this.

  • There is space for approximately 30 cars in a car park, which is signposted before the house. Cars should not be parked at the front of the house on the wedding day.

  • Our dream is to hold the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting, so you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings as we exchange our vows. We recommend dressing according to the weather forecast to stay comfortable, whether it’s sunny or a bit chilly. In the event of rain, rest assured, we have planned for an indoor ceremony that will be just as magical. Please check the weather beforehand and dress accordingly to fully enjoy the day’s festivities, come rain or shine!

  • The Dress Code is Cocktail Attire - for more information on what this means please read the dress code in the Details section here.

  • We would absolutely love to have all your plus ones join in the celebration, but due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate a set number of guests. Please RSVP for a plus one only if your invitation includes "& Guest." We appreciate your understanding. If your invitation does include a plus one, we can’t wait to welcome them! If you have any questions or need to chat about the invitation details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • We absolutely adore children and would love to have them all join us on our special day. However, due to venue capacity limits and the large number of children within our own family and close circle of friends, we kindly ask that you only bring your children if they are specifically named on your invitation. This policy helps us manage our space and ensure everyone has a comfortable and joyful time. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we hope to celebrate with your whole family at future gatherings!
